How to forward calls
Answering real world phone calls requires a subscription. If you haven't already, sign in on web and start your subscription. Once subscribed, the Answering Machine number you’ll be forwarding to can be found in the Test & Activate section of the app. Here’s a simple guide to setting up call forwarding on different devices and through your carrier.
If you’re using an iPhone running iOS 18 or newer:
Tip: If you don’t see a forwarding option here, your carrier might not support it in the iPhone settings. If so, skip to Section 6 for an alternate option.
2. Android
For Android users:
If this option doesn’t appear on your device, try the online carrier portal method below (Section 4), or contact your carrier support team (Section 5).
3. Short codes
If you only want calls forwarded under certain conditions—like when you're on another call, miss a call, or have no signal—this setup varies by carrier. To be sure of the codes or settings for your specific carrier, you’ll need to check with them directly. Here are some examples of common forwarding scenarios, but exact steps will depend on your provider:

4. Online carrier portals

If none of the above options work or you’d like some help, you can call your carrier’s customer support line and ask them to activate call forwarding to your Answering Machine number.
